Beacon School
A wide range of programs for children, teenagers and adults including after school, mentoring, dance, basketball. Adult Education includes GED and ESL and a diploma program.

Cub Scouts/ Girl Scouts
Provides positive youth development for children aged 7 to 11 and in grades
2 to 6.

Case Management
Offers a vast array of services to clients through case management including
energy assistance and housing. Also includes a mentoring program for children.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Information, Referral & Linkage
Helps families by identifying needed resources. Links families to various
services within the center including emergency food resource, SHARE Food
Co-op and seniors and to services within their communities.

After School Program
Open during the school year from September to June.
Children participate in the Home Work Club for homework assistance, sports, arts & crafts and other fun activities.
Hours: Operates Monday-Friday, 3-6pm
Rites of Passage
During the school year adolescents, aged 12 to 15, participate in this peer
mentoring and social group.

Freedom School
100 children participate in our innovative, literacy-based summer camp. Time is devoted to arts & crafts, violence prevention and social action initiative.
Hours: Operates Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm
Parent Enhancement
Catering to expectant parents, and those with children younger than 5 years old, Community Partners assist parents become their children's best teacher through home visits, trips, work shops and parent support groups. The Resource Room is a lending library of books and toys for parents and children to use.
Hours: Resource Room- Monday- Friday, 9am-1pm
Information, Referral & Linkage
Provides advice and referral services to families for energy assistance, housing, job training and other assistance. Also provides Adult Education including computer classes and driver's education.
